We, Maxlux is the leading manufacturer of HID lamp in Korea and our D2S lamps is certified by TUV for "E" mark and passed DOT testing ETL in USA. We are making high quality of HID system including mercury free lamp like D4S , D4R and also D1S, D1R lamp. We are also making LED lamp for Automotive and are developing the Automotive lighting continually. We are a specializer in the technology & plant of HID manufacturing and has been exporting them.
HID
Maxlux has more than 15 years experience in Metal Halide Discharged Lamp and has started to produce of Automotive HID lamp since 2002. We have been increased the production capability and now the capacity is 120,000pcs/month and exporting about 1.5 million / year. This is the biggest production capacity in Korea. Most of engineers think that it is impossible to pass the test "E" mark in Germany but we did it including DOT approval in USA. Now, we can daringly say that we are the 3rd manufacturer of HID lamp after Philips and Osram. Expecially, we have developed the environment friendly HID lamp which is mercury free at the first time in Korea including D1S & D1R.
LED
Maxlux has developed the new generation lighting of 7 colors LED lamp for fog lighting and exporting to Japan and European countries. It's the result that we have been continually invested in R&D for the new lighting source and tried to follow customer's sensitivity. Furthermore, this 7 colors of LED lamp can be changed the base for all kind of fog lighting with one LED lamp. We have also developed the error canceller LED T10(W5W) lamp which is surely different with other cheap products.
Plant
Maxlux has high technology of HID manufacturing. Based on this, we are manufacturing the plant for 20W, 35W, 50W which are for Automotive and 175W, 250W, 400W which is for industrial lighting. We are also making the plant for the manufacturing 1KW, 1.5KW which are for gymnasium and also Pulse Start HID.
